Goji is a card-less free loyalty program that allows participating Stores to offer their shoppers with rewards after they make purchase at the participating Stores.

All the participating stores in Goji give their points to the members, in every purchase they make. The purchases are converted into points (Nrs 1 =1 Point). Members can earn points by scanning their personal QR code with the stores. Points are specific to each business and can be used only for redemption at that location. These points can be subsequently redeemed for Offers given by the Stores on Goji from time to time. Goji also allows members to earn Goji Coins via their Offers. These Goji Coins are the universal currency of Goji, and can be used to redeem offers from any participating Store. Members can earn Goji Coins by redeeming offers and scanning their voucher QR code.

Merchants can sign up via Goji Website and send a request to Goji to activate their Goji License. Request will be evaluated by Goji Administration.

Business members need to pay a Service charge of 0.5% on their Points transactions. These Points transactions are what Business members give their customers for their Purchases.

Business Members need Wifi to use Goji Application.

Only once a customer starts purchasing or doing some activity with a Business Member then only will the customer become a Business Members’ customer.

Points

All the purchases made by customers are converted into points (Nrs 1 =1 Point). Points are specific to each business. These points can be subsequently redeemed by customers with the particular Stores for Offers given by them.

It is standardized for all the Stores under Goji to give points on purchases. This is one of the fundamental rule of Goji for the participating Stores. This creates a uniformity in giving points to customers.

Business Members can give points to customers who has a Goji account by scanning the customers’ QR code to credit points after their purchases.

GojiCoins

Goji Coins are the universal currency under Goji. Customers can use Goji Coins as a currency with the participating Stores. Stores can buy and redeem Goji Coins from Goji Support (1 Goji Coin= 1 Rs). Stores can then allow members to earn Goji Coins via their Offers. Members can earn Goji Coins by redeeming offers and scanning their voucher QR code.

As Goji Coins are universal currency, all the participating Stores under Goji are obligated to give a minimal percentage of their Sales as Goji Coins. Goji Coins will also allow Stores to better attract and reward their loyal customers through offers. This further gives the participating Stores under Goji more advantage over other stores by gaining more from their loyalty.

Goji Coins can be given through Offers. The participating stores can give Goji Coins by creating Offers for any activities or promotion. For example: Welcome, Bonus on Purchases, Festival Bonus etc.

Offers

Offers are a crucial part of Goji loyalty through which we further attract loyal customers to earn Goji Coins or use the Points/Goji Coins. All the participating Stores can put two type of Offers to attract customers: • Either to allow customers to earn Goji Coins • Or to allow customers to redeem (spend) their Points/Goji Coins.

Offers can be put by any participating Stores through the Offers option in the Goji system. The participating stores can use their own creativity to come up with various types of offers under the Goji Loyalty System.

Vouchers get automatically generated once a customer claims an Offer. It gets generated at three sites one at the customers’ end, other at the Stores’ end and also at the Goji Managements’ end. A Vouchers also has a validity period before which the customer needs to redeem their Offer.

Once a customer chooses to Claim any offer from their eligible offers, the Voucher will get created. The customers’ can then get their Vouchers scanned to redeem the Offer from the Store before they Expire.

The Vouchers status helps a Store Owner keep a track of all the Offers that has been claimed, redeemed, expired or cancelled.

“Favorite” button can be used by customers to mark their Favorite Stores in Goji. This helps the customers get notification from their Favorite Stores.

When a customer marks a Store as Favorite, the customers gets notified when the Stores have some new Offers. This increases the visibility that the Stores compared to the other Stores.

“Wishlist” button can help a customer mark the Offer which they wish to redeem. This helps the customer get notifications if the Offers in the “Wishlist” are going to expire.

When a customer marks an Offer in the Wishlist, the customers gets notified few days before the expiry of the Offer. This way the customer can claim the offer before it gets expired.

Participating Stores need to define how many of their Points would make a Goji Coin. This is required so that every participating Store can define their worth in terms of Goji Coins which is the universal currency under this system.

Stores can create their own “Customer Groups”. This is a tool whereby the Stores can segregated their customers according to their own criteria. This helps the Stores to better manage their customers.

Stores can track a particular customers’ activity by clicking on the “View details” of the customer. This shows the all the transactions and activities of the particular customer.
