What is Goji ?

Goji is a card-less free loyalty program that offers shoppers with rewards when they make purchase at the participating Stores.

How do I become a Goji Member?

Simply sign up via Goji Mobile Application. (Available in App Store & Google Play)

How does Goji Work?

Participating stores in Goji give points to the members for every purchases they make. Members can earn points by scanning their personal QR code with the stores (Nrs 1 =1 Point). Points are specific to each business. Point can be subsequently used to redeem Offers at that particular Store. Members can earn Goji Coins via Offers. Goji Coins are the universal currency of Goji, and can be used to redeem offers from any Stores.

Where all can I use Goji?

Goji can be used in all the participating stores listed in the Goji App.

What is the difference between Points and Goji Coins?

Points are earned through purchases. Whereas, Goji Coins can only be earned through Offers put by the Stores. Points are specific to each business and can be redeemed only at that location. Whereas, Goji Coins are the universal currency which can be used in all the participating Stores. Nrs 1 spent gets converted into 1 point for all the Stores under Goji. Whereas, 1 Goji Coin is equivalent to Nrs. 1 and can be used with any business under Goji.

I forgot to scan my Goji App, how do I get my points?

It is the customers' responsibility to inform participating Store to credit the Points. However, if the customers' forgets it is solely up to the discretion of Store to give the Points or not for past transactions.

I lost my phone or got a new phone. Did I lose my points & Goji Coins?

Activities under Goji is tied with your email address/mobile no, customers can reset password.

What do I do with the Points?

Points can be used to redeem Offers listed by the Stores. Members can choose to claim the Offer.

What is the difference between Personal QR Code and Voucher QR Code?

Personal QR code gets generated as soon as a customer registers with Goji. Whereas, Voucher QR code gets generated once a customer claims an offer. Scanning the personal QR Code helps a member to accumulate the points. Whereas, scanning Voucher QR Code helps a member redeem their claimed Offers

What is the Validity for my Points?

Points earned is valid for a period of one year.

What is the "Favorite" button used for?

"Favorite" button can be used to mark Favorite Stores in Goji. This helps the members get notification from their Favorite Stores.

What is the "Wishlist" button used for?

"Wishlist" button can be used to mark the Offers customers' wishes to redeem. This helps the members get notifications if the "Wishlist" Offers are going to expire.

What is "My Earning"?

"My Earning" shows the members their earned Points after purchases and earned Goji Coins after redeeming Offers.

What is "My Spending"?

"My Spending" shows the customer their spent Points and Goji Coins after redeeming the Offers.
